Our Network Providers offer community-sensitive resources which are designed to meet our member's needs while promoting recovery and resiliency. These providers represent a multidimensional, geographically comprehensive network. Our diverse network furnishes an array of specialties as well as added service capacity. The network consists of traditional providers of community behavioral health services, community hospitals, private psychiatric facilities, and treatment programs, as well as a small number of specialty private practitioners throughout Area 3.

In addition to providing the direct patient care, our providers participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, clinical criteria and guidelines, and system changes, with the staff of the Tampa Service Center. These functions involve participation in a variety of Committees and Task Forces that focus on improving the clinical care provided to members.

As the primary providers for behavioral health services, the NFBHP providers are charged with clinically relevant coordination of care with physical health providers as well as other agencies and services for the members. The NFBHP providers participate in the development of the policies, procedures, and protocols for these coordination efforts in an effort to assure consistency across the partnership.

You will find a wealth of provider tools, information and resources in the menu on the left side of the page.
